WHAT PROTECTION WILL BLADERUNNER CLOTHES GIVE ME?

Our main ranges are designed to offer anti-slash protection, bite and scratch protection too. Do not confuse anti-slash protection with anti-stab protection. If you want anti-stab we can offer that too but it’s important to be aware of the difference.

WHAT STEPS DO YOU TAKE TO MAKE SURE THAT BLADERUNNER PRODUCTS OFFER THE PROTECTION THAT YOU CLAIM?

All Bladerunner protective clothing products are tested by an authorised official UK test house to British standard EN388: 2003. If you want copies of the test reports we will be happy to send them to you.  You can read more about test standards here.

WHAT SIZES DO YOU OFFER?

Everything from small to 3XL. In some products we also offer 4XL and 5XL. Our size charts are available on this page. 

DO PRODUCTS FROM BLADERUNNER COME WITH A GUARANTEE?

All of our products are guaranteed against manufacturers defects (i.e. unreasonable material deterioration) for 12 months from purchase.

WHAT IF THE PRODUCT THAT I HAVE PURCHASED IS NOT SUITABLE?

You can return your purchase within 14 days, and it must be in its perfect condition with the original packaging. We are more than happy to exchange any items for another size. (See our Returns & Refund Policy).

HOW WILL YOU GIVE ME MY REFUND?

Your refund is processed in the same manner in which you paid for the order.

HOW QUICKLY WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK?

We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving your item back.

DO I GET MY POSTAGE COST BACK WHEN I RETURN AN ITEM?

No. We only refund the cost of the product that you have purchased, return shipping is not refundable unless the item is faulty.
